Please note: We currently focus exclusively on hair supply and do not offer installation or styling services.

Refunds or Exchange

Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any hair products once they have left our possession

Human hair extensions are classified as hygiene-sensitive items. Once the hair has been in a customer’s possession or the packaging has been opened, it cannot be reused, resold, or applied to another individual due to the risk of contamination.

Under UK consumer regulations, goods sealed for hygiene reasons are exempt from returns once unsealed after delivery. For this reason, all hair purchases are final sale.

All custom orders are final sale.

This includes:

  • Custom colouring

  • Bespoke lengths or textures

  • Any personalised or made-to-order hair

Because custom orders are created specifically to your instructions, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order

What if my order is faulty or incorrect?

How long does the hair last?

Every order is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can review the issue.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Hair longevity depends on maintenance, styling, and aftercare. As a general guide:

  • Premium Raw Hair & Raw Hair: 2–5 years or longer

  • ++A Human Hair: 6–12 months

Proper care will significantly extend the life of your hair investment.

What types of hair do you sell?

We offer three carefully curated hair collections to suit different needs and budgets:

  • Premium Raw Hair

    Our highest-grade hair, sourced from vendors we’ve worked with for over 15 years. This hair is completely raw and unprocessed, offering exceptional quality, durability, and longevity. With proper care, Premium Raw Hair can last between 2–5 years or more.

  • Raw Hair

    100% raw human hair sourced from a newer vendor relationship. This collection delivers outstanding quality, natural texture, and reliability. With correct maintenance, Raw Hair can also last between 2–5 years or more.

  • ++A Human Hair

    Our more affordable option, made from processed human hair. While still soft and wearable, this hair has undergone processing and is designed for shorter-term use. With proper care, ++A Human Hair typically lasts between 6–12 months.
